Our engineering services at all stages of the project are performed by consulting engineers certified by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and have national certificates.

Standard stages of engineering services:

1. Formation / verification of a set of initial and permit documentation for compliance with the legislation of the country where the object is located.
2. Development of the concept of project implementation within the planned budget.
3. Carrying out engineering surveys.
4. Technical survey of existing buildings and / or networks.
5. Design support and passing of expertise.
6. Preparation of documents for the start of construction. Participation in the selection of a contractor.
7. Settlement of land, urban planning, legal and other issues at all stages of support.
8. Control and support of construction, including the identification of possible defects, unaccounted-for work, reducing the risk of unplanned costs.
9. Obtaining permits and putting the facility into operation.

The legal transfer of functions of the Employer Service (Technical employer) is possible – which includes a full range of works from the collection of initial permits to the commissioning of the facility.
