All our personnel have qualification certificates. The basic rule is that the person carrying out supervision of the facility should not be related to design and construction organizations performing work at this facility.
Independent construction supervision at the construction site is a guarantee of the developer/investor to receive a timely and high-quality result of work on the site. Expert technical control should prevent inevitable mistakes and protect the employer from unscrupulous contractors.
Construction supervision is a complex of inspections and monitoring of construction works directly on the site at all stages of construction – from the beginning of design to the end of work. It includes the control of the estimate, the quality of the materials used, the control of the volume of work, compliance with the construction deadlines and much more.
Stages:
- Incoming control.
- Operational control.
- Acceptance control.
The main purpose of construction supervision is to prevent any possible violations by the contractor.
Thus, the presence of our construction supervision is a guarantee of investors and developers regarding the quality of work carried out at the facility. Accordingly, the construction process becomes as manageable, transparent and understandable as possible. Our construction supervision allows us to optimize from 3% to 12% of the estimated cost of the object.
